I understand very well the difficulties that people with diverse backgrounds and characteristics face in living authentically. Despite being completely different individuals with unique characteristics—differences in gender, values, strengths and weaknesses, family circumstances, mental and physical states, and the eras they've lived in—the reality is that their individuality is often not utilized within organizations, forcing them to give up on the work or life they truly desire.

I myself have faced various physical and mental challenges and experienced many conflicts in my daily life and work. However, I believe that by understanding each other a little, becoming aware of unconscious biases, questioning our own assumptions, and listening to what others have to say, people can respect each other's characteristics and grow together. This is true in both companies and families.

I founded this company with the desire to create a society where everyone can utilize their individuality and realize their dreams by achieving true diversity.
